Crest teams up with fast-growing HEBO for leadership development
Crest Collective has announced a partnership with HEBO Maritiem Service and Bonn & Mees Floating Sheerlegs. With this development, HEBO and Bonn & Mees have entrusted Crest with the delivery of personal leadership programs for their teams.
HEBO and Bonn & Mees have recently joined forces in a bid to provide their clients with wider availability of a broad range of maritime services in areas such as heavy lift, specialized transport, salvage operations and emergency response. To facilitate the growth of their operations, the two companies are focusing on the development of their personnel.
Empowering employees
The companies’ partnership with Crest follows the successful participation of their team members in a number of Crest programs and workshops. Through the partnership, Crest will provide programs focused on personal leadership development, empowering employees to grow personally and professionally within the maritime industry.
Under the partnership agreement, HEBO CEO Marius Punt will join the Crest Collective Supervisory Board alongside Daan Koornneef of Jumbo, Gerard Velthoen of GustoMSC, and Wouter van Noort of Mammoet.
Unique & accessible approach
Speaking of the decision to form a partnership with Crest, Marius Punt said, “As we look to grow our operations for the future, we are very focused on the social and entrepreneurial development of our personnel. This led to our undertaking a number of initial workshops and programs with Crest. We were very impressed with the results and were pleasantly surprised by the number of employees enthusiastic to participate. Crest’s unique and accessible approach to personal development is a perfect fit with our organizational culture. We are very happy to have a partner with whom to discuss, and shape, our development initiatives.”
Crest Program Director Seriena Bal added, “Crest places great value on our partnerships with like-minded organizations that share our commitment to collaborative, tailored personal development. As such, we are excited to welcome HEBO and Bonn & Mees to Crest Collective. We look forward to further exploring the needs of their teams and working together towards their development in a way that benefits both the individuals and their company.”
