Averting Drilling Challenges in HPHT by Customizing the DTW
This method is to estimate the safe Drilling Tolerance Window (DTW) by tailoring the before drilling seismically predicted Fracture (FP) - Pore pressure (PP) profile. The modification is based on estimating the pressure disparity between seals (shale) and reservoirs (sand) especially in HP HT environment.
