VAM USA expands field service network
HOUSTON -- VAM USA, manufacturer of the VAM premium connection, announced that it is opening a new field service office in Pittsburgh, Penn.
The new location will be operational in January 2014, and will provide all services offered in other offices, including rig preparation and rig site services. This office will support operators using VAM and Vallourec products in the Northeast.
This fifth office opening continues VAM USA’s expansion of its field service network in the U.S. It complements the offer of its sister company Vallourec Star’s pipe rolling and heat treatment mill in Youngstown, Ohio.
VAM USA is a JV between Vallourec, France, Sumitomo Corporation, and NSSMC, Japan.
