DOF awarded five new PSV contracts

STOREBO, Norway -- DOF has been awarded five new platform supply vessel (PSV) contracts by Total, Chevron, CNR International and BP.
 
Total UK has awarded DOF two firm contracts for three years each, with extension options of up to two more years. The two contracts are for the Skandi Barra and Skandi Buchan.

The Skandi Barra contract will start in February 2015; the Skandi Buchan contract will start in September 2015. Both contracts are a direct continuation of existing contracts with Total UK.

DOF has also been awarded a one-year firm contract with Chevron North Sea, on behalf of TEAM Marine, for the Skandi Sotra. The contract includes four 6 month extension options and will start in December 2014. Team Marine is a marine logistics pooling arrangement among Chevron North Sea, ConocoPhillips UK, Dana Petroleum and Hess.
 
Furthermore, CNR International (UK) has awarded DOF a ten-month firm contract for the Skandi Marstein with an extension option of up to nine months. The contract, which will commence in December 2014, is a direct continuation of an existing contract.
 
Lastly, DOF has also gained a firm contract with BP Egypt for the Skandi Texel until August 2016 with a one year extension option. The contract will commence in December 2014.
