FTS International acquires J-W Wireline
DALLAS -- Well completion provider FTS International has acquired J-W Energy's subsidiary, J-W Wireline Company, the two companies have announced.
The combined FTSI wireline division will be led by current J-W Wireline president, Perry Harris.
“Partnering the acquired wireline units with our existing stimulation fleets will allow us to reduce wireline-related downtime for our customers while increasing the utilization of our equipment,” said FTSI CEO Greg Lanham.
The acquisition includes approximately 70 active wireline units, related district operation locations, a manufacturing facility and a training facility.
