Proserv acquires Nautronix Group Limited
ABERDEEN, Scotland -- Nautronix, a portfolio company of SCF Partners, has been acquired by Proserv.
Headquartered in Aberdeen, Nautronix specializes in providing subsea acoustics for through water communication and positioning services to the offshore oil & gas industry.
Through the use of its ADS2 technology, the company offers field positioning, wireless control and commercial acoustic systems, as well as offering diver communication and survey services.
Proserv is a global engineered products and services business focused on the offshore and subsea markets. The company's offering includes drilling control systems, subsea production systems, offshore production equipment and marine technology services across the full life-of-field.
