This acquisition positions the UK as a key engineering hub for Unique Group, complementing its existing manufacturing locations in South Africa, the Middle East, and the Isle of Wight in the UK.

Subsea Innovation Limited, based in Darlington, UK, and formerly part of Tekmar Group plc, boasts a distinguished track record spanning four decades. Specializing in offshore deck equipment, engineering consulting, emergency pipeline repair systems, and tailored solutions for subsea and renewable applications, the company has delivered over 450 complex engineered equipment projects globally. This acquisition seamlessly aligns with Unique Group's offerings, significantly enhancing its technology growth focus and ability to provide integrated solutions for clients.
